Order Processing Time:

All of our products are made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail. We require approximately 1-2 business days to complete the processing of your order. This allows us to ensure that each item meets our high-quality standards.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Transit Time:

The transit time for your order is typically 15 business days, depending on the geographical location of the shipment.

Orders will close at 5pm

Free shipping north america for orders over $59 (free shipping over $99 in Australia)

Multiple Shipments:

In some cases, we may choose to ship your order in multiple shipments, including different items or parts in separate packages. If any part of your order is unfulfilled, we may offer a refund for the unshipped portion.

Address Changes:

Once in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 business days of placing your order.

Information Provided

Customs in some countries requires the importer of record to provide a specific form of identification before releasing goods. You may be required to provide an identification number, such as a unique identification number.

Cancellation

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please see our Refund Policy.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

In the unfortunate event that you experience lost or undelivered packages, please note that it’s not the responsibility of our store, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the third-party carrier in use. We understand that any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update, and we’re committed to resolving such matters to the best of our ability.

We urge customers to input accurate and complete address submissions to avoid delays, returns, and other issues that could impact the successful shipping of their orders. Please note that our store is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

All orders reported as "delivered" by the shipping company are deemed delivered. PassioRex cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in such cases.
All cases of non-receipt of orders must be reported within 3 months of the date the goods were dispatched. After this time we will no longer be able to investigate and no compensation will be offered.
